Cocktail Recipes

(Makes ~3 Gallons)

Line a 3 Gallon Halftime Water Cooler with ice, then add:

• 2 Cups – Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1 Cup – Fresh Lime Juice
• 8 oz – Simple Syrup

Stir with a wooden spoon to muddle the mint slightly, then add:

• 16 oz – White Rum
• 32 oz – Cold Water

Stir again and let chill for a few hours. Just before serving, add:

• 1x – Sliced Lime
• 2 L – Club Soda

Instructions: Garnish each glass with mint leaves and lime slices.

Line a 3 Gallon Halftime Water Cooler with ice, then add:

• 16 oz – Vodka
• 8 oz – Peach Liqueur
• 32 oz Cranberry Juice
• 32 oz – Lemonade
• 16 oz – Simple Syrup
• 2 Cups – Sliced Raspberries
• 1 Cup – Fresh Mint Leaves
• 2x – Thin-Sliced Lemons

• 2.25 L – Rosé Wine (3 X 750 ML Bottles)
• 32 oz – Club Soda

Line a 6 Gallon Halftime Water Cooler with ice, then add:

• 2 L – Dry White Wine
• 15 oz – Blueberry Vodka (1 × 750 mL bottle)
• 15 oz – Triple Sec
• 10 oz – Sugar (adjust to taste, depending on sweetness of wine)
• 2.5 Cups – Fresh Blueberries
• 2.5 Cups – Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 1 L – Sparkling Water (add just before serving)

Line a 3 Gallon Halftime Water Cooler with ice, then add:

• 1/2 Gal – Grapefruit Juice
• 2 L – Grapefruit Jarritos
• 1 Gal – Orange Juice
• 10 oz – Lime Juice
• 8 oz – Prickly Pear Syrup
• 1 L – Tequila Blanco

Fill a pre-chilled 20oz Essential Tumbler with ice, then add:

• 4 oz White Wine
• 2 oz Apple Cider
• 1 oz Bourbon
• .5 oz Apple Syrup
