Travel Mug

Love this mug. Size, shape, handle, and available colors.....but the lid is.....cumbersome.

I bought 6 mugs to give to my hunting buddies. Mine does not keep coffee Nearly as hot as my other travel cups. Lid is issue as it is not insulated. Snap open is not as easy and spill proof as trigger types. Cup is not machine washable. Handle is good sized and craftsmanship seems good.

I gave this as a gift to my dad and so far he loves it. Could never get him to get rid of his old mug but he has not used it since he got RTIC Mug.

I wanted to write a review about this travel mug-I purchased many coolers, bags and drinkware at Christmas time-I basically was obsessed with RTIC products and the fast delivery-I absolutely love everything I bought but was a little disappointed in this 12oz travel mug-The only thing I dislike about it is where you sip from there is a little tab that sticks out so the snap hole cover can connect to the lid-That little tab bothers my lip when I use it-I just wanted to make people aware that this is irritating to the lip if you are picky about things like this-I won’t use this cup due to this-I do use my 30oz tumbler everyday and love it and that too has the tab but I bought RTIC straws to use with that so it it not an issue-I would recommend RTIC products to everyone you will not be disappointed-

Im kinda disapointed i have been wanting this new coffee travel mug for awhile now. I love that actual cup and it keeps things very hot. My problem is the lid. Everytime i take a drink the lid leaks. I have tried screwing it on again and the same problem happens. It seems like its not sealed down all the way.

Great mug! Thermal protection is perfect. Coffee stays hot for hours, even sitting in my vehicle in Wisconsin winters. The screw on top...not the best design. I don’t like how you have to adjust it several times before getting the drinking hole in the right area. Great idea...poor design. So I use my mug without the lid.

It is very difficult to get the lid on so that you can drink comfortably. The spot for drinking does not line up easily with the handle.

I purchased the 16 oz charcoal matte travel mug. This mug is great so far. The slim design allows a perfect fit for my cup holder in my Ford F-150. It keeps my coffee steaming hot the entire time. I have larger hands/fingers and can comfortably fit three fingers in the handle, which is nice. The coating on this mug is of great quality to match the build and materials of the rest of it. Just like Rtic says, this is not overpriced. They can easily get 30 bucks for this mug.

The mug was great until it fell and the handle broke after a few months. It was purchased for its for proper sizing for cup holders. Disappointed.

Outstanding design, fits a small hand and love the way it keeps my coffee hot. Best gift !

The lid does not fit real secure and if it tips over it leaks out some .

Love love LOVE this mug!!! Just wish the top were not screw on and that the black part slid versus lifted up and down. But still LOVE this mug!

Left handed optional lid does not screw on correctly! Have tried different starting points and the opening stops at or on the handle! Not cool for an otherwise great caravel coffee mug!

This mug is the perfect size for morning coffee while camping. I love how it keeps my coffee hot and my cocktails cold 🥰 *I received free product from Rtic, however, opinions are my own.

Love them they keep my coffee hot for so long. I have two 16 oz and two 20oz. The only thing is the seal on top of the lids broke and I don't know hoe to replace them.

I love these. Super heavy duty construction and great to laser. I wish they made some as wide as the 12oz and as tall as the 20oz. Can't say enough good things about RTIC product quality.

Gave four of these for Christmas gifts this year. They love them. My husband which is very picky said that it keeps his coffee hot for a long time and fits his hand and cup holder like it should.

I have two of the 16oz. mugs- and I love them so much. The colors are great (I ordered the citrus yellow and dark green), and the mugs themselves are durable. I wanted a mug with a handle that would still allow me to utilize my car cup holders- these fit the bill. They are the perfect size for creamer and the max coffee setting from my Keurig. I want 10 more- I just love them. My only complaint- and it’s not a huge deal, is that I didn’t have to buy the left handed lids separately- it just seems wasteful, as I don’t use the right handed ones at all.

Great product. Have bought to give to friends and to have plenty on hand when company comes to visit. Want to keep their coffee warm and drinks cold.
