All orders over $35 are shipped FREE of charge to the lower 48 states by FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Ground with most deliveries occurring within 1-3 business days. Orders below $35 will be charged a shipping fee, shown on the checkout page.
Please note that items will arrive in packaging that reveals what's inside.
You may be able to upgrade your deliver service to FedEx 2-Day Air or FedEx Overnight for an additional charge during the checkout process. If you upgrade back-ordered or pre-sale items they will ship when they are in-stock, using your upgraded shipping method.
Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST on a business day are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
Same Day Shipping Cut-off Time
Most orders placed by 1:00 PM CST on a business day for in-stock items are shipped the same day. All other orders for in-stock items are shipped the next business day. MyRTIC Orders may require additional processing based on demand.
Order Shipment Notification & Package Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped out you will receive an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include the tracking number to track delivery with carrier.
Where we ship
We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the United States. Sorry, we do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.
FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your package to the provided address, and after the third attempt the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for the items, less a 15% undeliverable fee.
We are not responsible for FedEx, weather, or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience due to shipping delays beyond our control.
Changing an Address on an Order
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame before it ships. Once an order has shipped we can’t change the order or the address.
If you need to change the address you can log into FedEx Delivery Manager and follow instructions to change the delivery. You will be responsible for applicable charges.
How to Cancel an Order
If you are looking to cancel an order that was recently placed, please contact us immediately at 1 (855) 527-6993 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am & 5pm CST and one of our Support Reps will be able to assist you. If you need to contact us outside of our regular business hours, you may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can’t guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
Should cancellation not be possible, you can refuse delivery of the package, and a refund less a 15% fee will be issued upon return receipt of the package. If you have received the package, and would like to return for a full refund, please contact us for a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and returns instructions. You will be provided a return label for your return. You will be required to drop off your return at a FedEx location or FedEx drop off site. Please retain your drop off receipt.
